Baby Joy!

I've got the fever.

Nooo, not Bieber fever.  Good old fashioned baby fever.

Seeing as a) I don't even have a boyfriend and b) I'm 19 and so not ready, it's a really good thing I'm going to get my fix with my new little niece or nephew (ETA May 10)!!  So excited for my sister and her hubby :)

I'm going to stop myself now.  This list could go on for a really long time.  Just wanted to fill you in on a few of life's greatest pleasures.

I'm also thankful for celebrities, so here's what's happening with them!

1. Lindsay Lohan, if she wasn't already hating life, lost her leading role in the porn biopic she was filming.  Personally, that seems like a positive thing to me...

2. Kat Von D's house burnt down with her cat inside.  (If you saw what the cat looked like you might burn it down too...sorry, but seriously.)

3. Miley Cyrus turned 18.  Yeah, I thought she was 14 too.

4. Jennifer Jason Leigh filed for divorce from her husband of 5 years.  Kind of upset with myself that I had to look up who she was...and the fact that I still don't really know why she's a celebrity.

5. Emmy Rossum and Adam Duritz split up.  I was confused by this relationship in the first place.

6. Prince William and Kate picked a wedding date...April 29!  Countdown clock officially set.

7. John Travolta and wife Kelly Preston welcomed baby Benjamin

And to be truthful, that's it!  Pretty slow week so far in the entertainment industry.  Everyones too busy working off Thanksgiving dinner to do anything interesting!  I'll keep you TPAMPers updated if the weekend turns up any more news.

I'm in the midst of watching the AMA's (like I promised) and I couldn't help put blog about a particular person that stood out to me.  As I was looking through red carpet pictures yesterday she stood out to me but to be honest I had no idea who she was!  And then I was really embarrassed because I'm supposed to know my celebs!  So anyways, I was just wondering if anyone else noticed Stana Katic!?

She's known for her role on ABC's Castle but she looks totally different!  The girl cleans up goooood!

Her look was actually one of my favorites of the night!

AMAs!

When I was in high school, I overheard this guy say, "The AMA's are like a girl's Superbowl".

I happen to completely agree.

Not only are the American Music Awards filled with performances from all the best musicians but the red carpet is just busting with fashion.

Now I haven't watched the show yet (I go home for Thanksgiving tomorrow...where it is DVR'd...no commercials > tiny dorm room TV screen with commercials) but the winners, of course, have already been posted.  Lucky for you trusty TPAMP followers, you will not only be filled it on who won what, but you also get to hear how I feel about it!  So great, right?!

Umm yeah, I don't know if you caught that but Justin Bieber won four AMAs.  FOUR!  I'm sorry if I offend any Beliebers right now but I mean, come on!  Top Pop/Rock Male Artist and Album of the Year!?  ARTIST OF THE YEAR!?  Something is happening in this world and it ain't good.  I'd like to issue a public apology to all the artists in the entire music industry.

On a more positive thought, the Country genre got it exactly right.  Like always.  So happy my girls won and Brad Paisley is finally having a great awards season.

Fashion wise:

Taylor Swift...halle-freaking-leuia!  She looked so great and her hair was straight and she had bangs and she wore a cute sparkly dress!  Whew!  So glad she decided to change it up a little bit.  She looked like an old-fashioned Barbie a little bit!  Loved.  It.

Miley Cyrus...gotta hand it to Miley, the girl knows how to dress up (or has a great stylist).  Love what she did with her simple hair, not too long and extension-y (you know what I mean.)

Rihanna has hair again people!  Not super crazy about her dress however.  And the fact that her hair was the same color.

Katy Perry is so stinking cute.  I might be the first person to say that but really I just think she's gorgeous!  And she looked so newlywed-glowy which definitely didn't hurt.  

Don't even get me started on Ke$ha.

I didn't even recognize Julianne Hough!  Hate to say it but I think Seacrest is aging her a little...not that she wasn't still drop-dead gorgeous.

Weekend Wrap Up!

Well, it's a rainy LA day ... is snow too much to hope for at this point!?

I mean really Santa, it would be a really awesome pre-Thanksgiving present!

Anywho.

I don't know about you, but this week was pretty fun for me personally. I helped out a PR company at the Volkswagen EOS Launch Party in Santa Monica; really got my blood pumpin' for a future career in the field (wink*wink). And tonight I'm headed to the CNN Heroes 2010 Awards Show! Should be a fun/inspiring evening with lots of celeb sightings, stay tuned for that!

For those of you who could care less about what I did this week, here's what happened with your favorite celeb friends:

1. Former Bachelorette Jen Schefft gave birth to a little girl, Mae Elizabeth Watermann, on Saturday, November 13.

2. Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt renewed their wedding vows...excuse me, I need to go vomit. (Whoa, sorry for that bluntness!)

3. Britney Spears' parents are supposedly reconciling after being divorced for 8 years. Guess that gives us some hope for a Brit/KFed reunion!? Let's hope not.

4. Possibly the saddest news of the week, Eva Longoria has filed for divorce from husband of three years, Tony Parker. And by the way, I don't care if it was just {hundreds of} texts, I'd be pissed too.

5. Pink admitted to Ellen that she is pregnant with her first baby. Guess that picture of her at the beach with a baby bump turned out to be true. Was kind of wishing that a celeb just had a normal girl pooch to make us all feel better.

6. Of course, Prince William and Kate Middleton are engaged. Will, if you're reading this, I'd like to say that I approve. She's got great style.

7. People's Sexiest Man Alive 2010 is...Ryan Reynolds! Totally approve. Like more than I approve of Kate Middleton. Scarlett is a lucky woman!

8. Chris Daughtry added two more to his family with the birth of twins, Noah James and Adalynn Rose. Love those names!

9. Chad Ochocinco and Evelyn Lozada are engaged. Well they haven't officially announced it yet but I think this twitpic of her 10 carat ring kind of speaks for itself...

10. And finally (and when I say finally, I mean finallyyyyyy) Rachel Zoe officially confirmed her pregnancy. Rachel. We knew.

That's the big 10 for this week! Lot's of good stuff!

ROYAL WEDDING!!

Prince William and Kate Middleton are engaged!

Only few people in my life know about my obsession with weddings and this is like the cream of the crop. I cannot wait to see every little detail of this wedding. First of all, even the fact that I am alive during the time of a royal wedding I am thrilled about! Wedding, wedding, wedding!

Yay.

It is expected to take place sometime in late spring or early summer 2011. New countdown clock on my computer? I think yes.

P.S. He proposed with Princess Diana's engagement ring...*swoon*

Coincidence!?

Remember the other day when I was basically crying because Nick Lachey was engaged to Vanessa Minnillo!?

This news isn't helping my heartbreak.

Jessica Simpson announced her engagement to NFLer Eric Johnson today.

This is making my hopes and dreams of a reconciliation of the real Lachey's smaller and smaller. Congrats Jess and Nick, even though I wish Wedding #2 would be to each other.
