Can you believe this is the last week of 2010!?

I cant.

Seriously people, there is no way it's already 2011!  I remember going to a neighbors party for the big Y2K like it was yesterday!  I guess time flies when you're growing up.  One thing that we can always count on, no matter what year it is...celebrity gossip.  And that's where I come in, as usual.  So here's what has been happenin' around Hollywood for the past 13 days (since I last blogged):

• Liam's just as attractive older brother, Chris Hemsworth, is off the market.  He married Spanish actress Elsa Pataky
• Natalie Portman is engaged to Black Swan choreographer Benjamin Millipied...and pregnant!  Busy, busy.
• Hugh Hefner is engaged to Playmate Crystal Harris
• After a rough year, including a miscarriage, Lily Allen is engaged to Sam Cooper
• Elton John and husband David Furnish welcomed a baby boy on Christmas day via surrogate
• Teen Mom (my favorite guilty pleasure) star Amber Portwood was jailed after being charged with three felonies, including two counts of domestic battery and one count of neglect of a dependent
• Alanis Morissette and husband welcomed a baby boy, Ever Imre Morissette-Treadway, on Christmas.  That same day Dierks Bentley and his wife welcomed a baby girl, Jordan Catherine Bentley.
• New couple alert: newly single (well, not anymore) Rachel Weisz and Daniel Craig
• Ginnifer Goodwin is engaged to boyfriend Joey Kern
• Landon Donovan was not so lucky in love, filing for divorce with wife of four years, Rules of Engagement star Bianca Kajlich

• One of my favorite Friends, David Schwimmer, is expecting a baby with his wife, Zoe Buckman
• Ali Larter gave birth on December 20 to a son, Theodore Hayes

• Zac Hanson's wife had their baby, a girl named Junia Rosa Ruth, on December 15.  Yep.  Baby Hanson had a baby.  Weird.

Welp, I warned you.  9 engagements in 13 days.  And 6 babies.  What can I say, everything is bigger and better around the holidays!

Congratulations to all the betrothed couples and new mommy and daddies!  Maybe we'll do a "whose engagement ring makes me want to faint more" contest soon.  There's some really great bling floatin' around these days!

BIG NEWS PEOPLE.

Good.

That was the goal.

To be honest, I have absolutely no idea why I haven't blogged in weeks.  Am I still checking People.com and Eonline.com as soon as I wake up?  Yes.  Am I still the first to break celeb news to my friends?  Yep.  So I have no idea what the dealio with me is.  Perhaps it was school.  Sometimes they make you write these annoying things called papers and it just kind of takes all the fun out of writing.  But I'm back!!  Oh and do I have news for y'all...like always.

First and most importantly, my husband is back on the market.

I've been waiting a solid 4 years for this moment.  And while I'm sad that another young Hollywood couple called it quits, I'm not going to lie, I'm ecstatic.

Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens are no more.

Zac, feel free to give me a ring...diamond or on the telephone.

Now if I wrote a paragraph about all the big news that has happened in the past few weeks, this post would be as long as those nasty 10 page papers professors love to assign.  So here we go, fast news!

• Grammy Nominations: Our leaders are Eminem (10), Bruno Mars (7), Lady Gaga (6), and Lady Antebellum (6).  Tune into CBS on February 13 for the winners!  Or just check out TPAMP!
• Reese Witherspoon got a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.  I'm always surprised when a huge star is just getting a star, seems like she would have already had one!
• Fergie's hubby Josh Duhamel infamously got kicked off an airplane for texting after the fun little "Please turn off all unapproved electronics at this time" announcement.  Don't worry, he apologized.
• Prince Charles and Kate Middleton released their freakishly adorable engagement pictures.  If you need to see it it's been my Facebook profile picture for about a week now.  What!?  Sometimes I like to pretend I'm Kate.
• Elizabeth Edwards died after her six-year battle with breast cancer.
• In case you blinked, Kim Kardashian and Gabriel Aubry split up.  But never fear, she's back to athletes.  She's now with basketballer Kris Humphries.
• Katy Perry is officially changing her name to Katy Brand, which is great right!?  Right...?
• In case you have been living under a rock, Disney princess Miley Cyrus inadvertently relinquished her throne by posting a video of her taking a bong hit with her friends.  No, no, don't worry, it was just Salvia.
• Sexiest Couple Alive Ryan Reynolds and Scarlett Johansson are separated.  I knew that was too much goodness in one couple.
• Big wedding weekend last weekend with the much anticipated wedding of Nicole Richie and Joel Madden along with Yankee star Nick Swisher and Joanna Garcia.
• Mariah Carey is not only expecting but she's apparently having twins!  Whoa.  Game changer.

I feel so much better!  Home for Christmas break for a couple weeks so posts will be much more frequent.  I promise some pictures of real Minnesota snow from my visit to my sister's house for all you sunny LA Christmas'ers :)

Baby Joy!

I've got the fever.

Nooo, not Bieber fever.  Good old fashioned baby fever.

Seeing as a) I don't even have a boyfriend and b) I'm 19 and so not ready, it's a really good thing I'm going to get my fix with my new little niece or nephew (ETA May 10)!!  So excited for my sister and her hubby :)

1. Lindsay Lohan, if she wasn't already hating life, lost her leading role in the porn biopic she was filming.  Personally, that seems like a positive thing to me...

2. Kat Von D's house burnt down with her cat inside.  (If you saw what the cat looked like you might burn it down too...sorry, but seriously.)

3. Miley Cyrus turned 18.  Yeah, I thought she was 14 too.

4. Jennifer Jason Leigh filed for divorce from her husband of 5 years.  Kind of upset with myself that I had to look up who she was...and the fact that I still don't really know why she's a celebrity.

5. Emmy Rossum and Adam Duritz split up.  I was confused by this relationship in the first place.

6. Prince William and Kate picked a wedding date...April 29!  Countdown clock officially set.

7. John Travolta and wife Kelly Preston welcomed baby Benjamin

And to be truthful, that's it!  Pretty slow week so far in the entertainment industry.  Everyones too busy working off Thanksgiving dinner to do anything interesting!  I'll keep you TPAMPers updated if the weekend turns up any more news.

I'm in the midst of watching the AMA's (like I promised) and I couldn't help put blog about a particular person that stood out to me.  As I was looking through red carpet pictures yesterday she stood out to me but to be honest I had no idea who she was!  And then I was really embarrassed because I'm supposed to know my celebs!  So anyways, I was just wondering if anyone else noticed Stana Katic!?

She's known for her role on ABC's Castle but she looks totally different!  The girl cleans up goooood!

Her look was actually one of my favorites of the night!

When I was in high school, I overheard this guy say, "The AMA's are like a girl's Superbowl".

I happen to completely agree.

Not only are the American Music Awards filled with performances from all the best musicians but the red carpet is just busting with fashion.

Umm yeah, I don't know if you caught that but Justin Bieber won four AMAs.  FOUR!  I'm sorry if I offend any Beliebers right now but I mean, come on!  Top Pop/Rock Male Artist and Album of the Year!?  ARTIST OF THE YEAR!?  Something is happening in this world and it ain't good.  I'd like to issue a public apology to all the artists in the entire music industry.

On a more positive thought, the Country genre got it exactly right.  Like always.  So happy my girls won and Brad Paisley is finally having a great awards season.

Fashion wise:

Taylor Swift...halle-freaking-leuia!  She looked so great and her hair was straight and she had bangs and she wore a cute sparkly dress!  Whew!  So glad she decided to change it up a little bit.  She looked like an old-fashioned Barbie a little bit!  Loved.  It.

Miley Cyrus...gotta hand it to Miley, the girl knows how to dress up (or has a great stylist).  Love what she did with her simple hair, not too long and extension-y (you know what I mean.)

Rihanna has hair again people!  Not super crazy about her dress however.  And the fact that her hair was the same color.

Katy Perry is so stinking cute.  I might be the first person to say that but really I just think she's gorgeous!  And she looked so newlywed-glowy which definitely didn't hurt.  

Don't even get me started on Ke$ha.

I didn't even recognize Julianne Hough!  Hate to say it but I think Seacrest is aging her a little...not that she wasn't still drop-dead gorgeous.

Weekend Wrap Up!

Well, it's a rainy LA day ... is snow too much to hope for at this point!?

I mean really Santa, it would be a really awesome pre-Thanksgiving present!

Anywho.

I don't know about you, but this week was pretty fun for me personally. I helped out a PR company at the Volkswagen EOS Launch Party in Santa Monica; really got my blood pumpin' for a future career in the field (wink*wink). And tonight I'm headed to the CNN Heroes 2010 Awards Show! Should be a fun/inspiring evening with lots of celeb sightings, stay tuned for that!

For those of you who could care less about what I did this week, here's what happened with your favorite celeb friends:

1. Former Bachelorette Jen Schefft gave birth to a little girl, Mae Elizabeth Watermann, on Saturday, November 13.

2. Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt renewed their wedding vows...excuse me, I need to go vomit. (Whoa, sorry for that bluntness!)

3. Britney Spears' parents are supposedly reconciling after being divorced for 8 years. Guess that gives us some hope for a Brit/KFed reunion!? Let's hope not.

4. Possibly the saddest news of the week, Eva Longoria has filed for divorce from husband of three years, Tony Parker. And by the way, I don't care if it was just {hundreds of} texts, I'd be pissed too.

5. Pink admitted to Ellen that she is pregnant with her first baby. Guess that picture of her at the beach with a baby bump turned out to be true. Was kind of wishing that a celeb just had a normal girl pooch to make us all feel better.

6. Of course, Prince William and Kate Middleton are engaged. Will, if you're reading this, I'd like to say that I approve. She's got great style.

7. People's Sexiest Man Alive 2010 is...Ryan Reynolds! Totally approve. Like more than I approve of Kate Middleton. Scarlett is a lucky woman!

8. Chris Daughtry added two more to his family with the birth of twins, Noah James and Adalynn Rose. Love those names!

9. Chad Ochocinco and Evelyn Lozada are engaged. Well they haven't officially announced it yet but I think this twitpic of her 10 carat ring kind of speaks for itself...

10. And finally (and when I say finally, I mean finallyyyyyy) Rachel Zoe officially confirmed her pregnancy. Rachel. We knew.

Prince William and Kate Middleton are engaged!

Only few people in my life know about my obsession with weddings and this is like the cream of the crop. I cannot wait to see every little detail of this wedding. First of all, even the fact that I am alive during the time of a royal wedding I am thrilled about! Wedding, wedding, wedding!

Yay.

It is expected to take place sometime in late spring or early summer 2011. New countdown clock on my computer? I think yes.

P.S. He proposed with Princess Diana's engagement ring...*swoon*

Coincidence!?

Remember the other day when I was basically crying because Nick Lachey was engaged to Vanessa Minnillo!?

This news isn't helping my heartbreak.

Jessica Simpson announced her engagement to NFLer Eric Johnson today.

This is making my hopes and dreams of a reconciliation of the real Lachey's smaller and smaller. Congrats Jess and Nick, even though I wish Wedding #2 would be to each other.

Accepted.

Well. Here we are again. It's Saturday and once again I've missed a Friday Wrap Up. I've officially accepted the fact that I'm a horrible promise keeper. Just on blogging, if we were friends I would totally keep all my promises, ask my friends.

But I'm sure you'll be glad to hear that I've found a solution.

I'm not going to limit myself to Friday anymore. It will now be considered the Weekend Wrap Up. If it happens on a Friday that still counts because we all know that Friday is considered part of the weekend, yeah? Problem solved.

3. Rachel Bilson and Hayden Christensen are dating again. The world is right again.

4. Dakota Fanning won Homecoming Queen at her high school. Well, duh. Did they even vote on that or just give it to her?

5. Vera Farmiga welcomed a new baby girl. The name is still Up in the Air...(I crack myself up)

6. There is a large possibility that Pink is preggers and Jillian Barberie Reynolds spilled the news via Twitter. Worst friend award?

7. Beauty queen, married to a hot quarterback, and now all cute and pregnant. Anybody else semi-hate Carrie Prejean?!

8. The best event of the year, the CMA's, was this past Wednesday. Miranda Lambert and her hubby-to-be Blake Shelton were the big winners of the night (can you imagine their children...) and Brad Paisley finally won Entertainer of the Year!

9. Taylor Swift and Jake Gyllenhaal might actually be a real couple. Really didn't see that coming.

10. Harry Potter mania officially started this week with the London premiere of the seventh movie. Watch out for muggles thinking they're capable of playing Quidditch...especially on college campuses (No seriously.)

1. Possibly the biggest news this week...eh, that's debatable actually...is Demi Lovato entering treatment midst tour with the JoBros. In this case, I can't help but wish the media didn't have to uncover every little detail and just let Demi get better!

2. Rocker Slash called off his divorce with his wife of 9 years. Feels like a relief after all this bad divorce news lately! Courteney Cox and David Arquette should get lunch with them.

3. Lily Allen announced her miscarriage (second one publicly) and I can't even imagine what she's going through :(

4. Kim Kardashian announced her entrance into the music business. It might just be me but I think one Bootylicious Beyonce is all the industry can handle.

5. Surf legend Andy Irons died. He was suffering from dengue fever and methadone was found is his hotel room. The autopsy could take 60-90 days.

6. Bachelorette contestant Julien Hug was found dead in the Southern California desert. It was concluded that he committed suicide.

7. Vanessa Minnillo and Nick Lachey are engaged and Jessica Simpson is hyperventilating. So am I.

8. Controversial couple LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian are engaged! Wait, no they aren't. Wait, yes the are! Wait, no. Let's be honest, no one really knows. We'll wait to see which magazine they have decided to cash in on to announce it.

9. Lil Wayne was released from jail after almost 8 months (1-year conviction). I can't even think of anything witty to say to this because I'm in shock that they kept him longer that 2 days!

10. Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth split up...again! Woohoo!! Hopefully this time it's for good...and he stays in LA.

Yes, they've been together for four years so I guess you could say it was coming. But honestly, I was beginning to wonder if Jess Simpson turned Nick into a little bit of a commitment-phobe! My apologies Nick. Here's to wedding #2! Just try to top that tear-worthy face we all saw on Newlyweds as you saw Jess walking down the aisle...

Congrats Nick and Vanessa!

2 Weeks in One Post

You know how they say one year equals seven years for dogs? Well, with the rate of news happening in Hollywood, I'm pretty sure a year equals like at least fifteen celeb years!

Did that make sense to anyone? Was that even funny?

Anyways. I'm going to try and catch everyone up with the major events that have happened in LA-LA land over the past two weeks. Bear with me, this might be a long post but just think of how smart you will be after you finish it!

Former Bachelor Andrew Firestone and his wife are expecting their second child.

Lance Armstrong welcomed his fifth child. Is it bad that I can't even remember who it's with. I'm sure it's not his wife who stayed with him through his cancer or Sheryl Crow...

Celine Dion gave birth to twin boys! That will make their dad 86 when they turn 18.

Willow Smith, daughter of Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith, released her first single entitled "Whip My Hair" at age 9! If you want a song to get stuck in your head for the rest of eternity, listen to it. Then whip it, whip it good.

Katy Perry and Russell Brand tied the knot in India on October 23. I'm really interested to see what their kids turn out like.

Maria Sharapova is engaged to Laker's star Sasha Vujacic. Again, interesting children possibilities...

Toni Collette is expecting her second child. Let's hope this baby doesn't have the multiple personality problem like her TV character on United States of Tara!

Taylor Swift and Jake Gyllenhaal had lunch together in NYC and the world has already begun planning their wedding.

Shia LeBeouf and Carey Mulligan transformed their relationship into a friendship (heehee). If you didn't get that pun it meant that they broke up.

Billy Ray Cyrus has an achy breaky heart after filing for divorce with his wife Tish of 17 years.

In other sad break up news, Blake Lively and Penn Badgley called it quits. Although that does mean my girl crush is back on the market...

Taylor Swift released her third album Speak Now to which every girl in the world now owns.

This one I bet you didn't know. Mariah Carey is pregnant! For real this time though.

Jessica Capshaw welcomed her second baby (which explains her new story line on Grey's...)

Ian Ziering and his wife are joining the Hollywood baby boom!

Lily Allen announced, for the second time, she has miscarried. I'm not joking when I say I almost started crying when I read this.

And finally....

Demi Levato announced that she was taking time off from touring with the Jonas Brothers to check into a treatment facility. It is speculated that it is for eating disorder and cutting problems. This really makes me so sad but I'm glad to hear that she is getting help!

I'm kind of left speechless at the total fail that these last two weeks have been for blogging.

Overwhelmed? Tired? Busy? Do any of those make up for my seriously horrible blogging record right now? Didn't think so. But if I was going to make excuses I would tell you that I started two new jobs along with midterms and life hasn't exactly been boring.

SO.

As I'm sitting outside my lecture hall waiting to go in to my last midterm, I promise you faithful readers of TPAMP that today will be hoppin' with posts.

4. Neil Patrick Harris and his partner welcomed twins, Harper Grace and Gideon Scott, the same day as Alicia! Totally awesome joint birthday party anyone!?

5. Kim Kardashian decided to go completely nude for W Magazine. Of course it was "all in the name of art" and totally different than that time she regretted doing Playboy.

6. Rapper T.I. literally saved a man's life as he talked him off the ledge of a building. In gratitude, the next day, a federal judge decided on 11 months in the slammer for violating his probation last month.

7. The hole David Arquette is digging for himself is getting larger and larger by the minute.

8. Taylor Swift has been releasing a new song per week from her upcoming album Speak Now since October 4 and so far they have all been fantastic! Make sure to check out "Back to December" then cast Taylor Lautner as the boy she's talking about. In my opinion it might be her best yet!

9. I'm still really upset about Joe Jonas dating Ashley Greene and him feeling the need to flaunt it in my face all over town. And yes, this is Top 10 news...again.

10. This week's Community, Modern Family, and Cougar Town are fantastic. Seriously, laugh out loud funny! You can still check 'em out online!

Hollywood's Cupid is Confused...

Apparently the week of October 10 (10.10.10 I might add) didn't quite turn out to be a "perfect 10" for Hollywood marriages!

Not only are the Arquette's and the Bratman's separated, now Ben Harper and his wife of 5 years, Laura Dern, are too! AND Glee's Jessalyn Gilsig is divorcing her producer husband of 6 years!

Oye vey!

I wonder if the 5 weddings (Alexa Vega, Crystal Bowersox, Dave Annable/Odette Yustman, Constance Zimmer and Kody Brown), 1 engagement (Joe Manganiello), 1 now-legal relationship (Jess Simpson's formerly married beau Eric Johnson), and a Friend secretly getting married this summer (Ross Geller, I mean, David Schwimmer) make up for all the mayhem in Splitsville!

Wait. And it's only Wednesday! This could get ugly...er.

What is happening!?

Yesterday the Arquette's broke my heart and today there's yet another celeb couple calling it quits.

Christina Aguilera and husband of 5 years, Jordan Bratman, have announced that they are separating.

I don't know if it was just me but I was beginning to feel like there were a lot of married celebs breaking that "doomed marriage" stereotype. Guess I was wrong, and that is so sad!

Let's hope there's no more depressing news about marriage break-ups any time soon!

This is SO NOT OKAY.

Ok, here's the thing. There are certain couples in Hollywood that everyone just adores and can't imagine apart. Case in point: Courteney Cox and David Arquette.

That being said, I seriously want to cry when I tell you this...

They announced today that they are separating after 11 years of marriage.

Please someone send some tissues and a large tub of ice cream. This won't be an easy one to get over.

Justin Bieber has decided to launch his own nail polish line. Yep. But not just any nail polish line, a line of glittery nail polish. He's decided to name the line "One Less Lonely Girl" (because nail polish totally cures the blues) and it will be just another addition to the cute little empire he's building at 16. Yes, 16. I was stoked to have a minimum wage job at 16...this kid is making me feel lazy. And I don't like it.

Biebs, if you're reading this, you should probably let me in on this little thing called your life.

Yeah yeah, I know what you're thinking. "Courtney, this blog is pretty much ALL Friday Wrap Ups!" I get it, point taken, but I really am trying hard! It will get better, no need to worry.

1. Sad news this week. Joe Jonas is officially dating Ashley Greene. (Yes this is my number 1, it's that important)

2. Seth Rogan is engaged! Who even knew he was dating!? Who even knew he was the kind of guy who wants to get married!? Either way, happy for him and his cute fiance (he must be real funny in person too).

3. After the death of the student at Rutgers due to bullying issues, tons of celebs came out saying they were bullied as well. Glad to see some awareness for a great cause in Hollywood.

4. Chelsea Handler brushed off romance rumors with 50 Cent (they're just working on a project together). I'm sorry, but how stinking awesome would that couple be!?

5. Dora the Explorer is turning into quite the diva, claiming that Nickelodeon cheated her out of millions. Hopefully Backpack doesn't come forward too!

6. Kim Kardashian is joining little sis Kourtney Kardashian in the big apple to film a new branch of their reality series to be titled Kim and Kourtney Take New York. Those titles are just so dang creative!

7. Elizabeth Hasslebeck landed a spot on Good Morning America as a contributor. I'm sure the ladies of The View have absolutely nothing to say about this...oh wait.

8. Miley Cyrus has officially turned the corner from innocent little Disney princess making millions to crazy inappropriate 17 year old who needs some boundaries. Case in point: uh just look at her! Or check out her most recent music video for "Who Owns My Heart".

9. Al Roker, Ryan Sutter, and Ethan Zohn are all running in the NYC marathon. Looks like I should be booking a ticket to New York to celeb watch!

10. And finally...Rascal Flatts had to reschedule their Orange County concert that was supposed to be on Saturday due to illness. The reason this made Top 10? I was supposed to go to that concert. And I'm a little bitter. I guess I can wait until October 17. I guess.

2. One marriage begins while another one ends as George Lopez filed for divorce with his wife of 17 years. Bet she's rethinkin' that whole giving him a kidney thing...

3. Brad Womack was announced as the new Bachelor...again. Apparently he's been through "intensive therapy" and was a commitment-phobe before. No way!!

4. Caution: This makes me very upset. Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt called off their divorce. No comment.

5. Giuliana Rancic revealed that she suffered a miscarriage during her very public attempts at conceiving. Way to be a voice for women G!

6. Another weird instance of Hollywood deaths in 3's: Comedian Greg Giraldo, Tony Curtis, and Stephen J. Cannell.

7. Emily Deschanel got married to David Hornsby (in attendance, of course, the bride's sister Zooey Deschanel...one of my favorite actresses!)

8. The Raising Sextuplets couple officially split up. Another case of the unfortunate Reality TV family curse :(

9. There's a possibility that Rachel Zoe is preggo. Yes, I said a possibility. Sorry people, it's a slow week in the celeb world!

10. And finally...seriously it was actually hard to find a top 10 this week!...ABC's My Generation and FOX's Lonestar were the first to get the boot for the Fall TV lineup. Bummer dude.

Well who would have thunk!?

That's right, it's been a year since Khloe Kardashian said "I Do" to her Laker hubby Lamar Odom. Let's be honest, nobody thought this marriage would last more than a couple months (at the most) and here we are toasting one full year of marriage to these two crazy kids. So that brings the total time they've known each other to one year and one month. Wowzers! And she wasn't even preggers like everyone speculated!

I think we all owe the Odom's one big apology.

We're sorry for doubting you Khlomar. Congrats on the big One Year!

Greys Next Top Modern Family in the Cougar Town Community, 90210

Some of my favorite TV shows premiered this week and so far I have been pretty pleased! I do have to warn you that I still have a lot to watch though, especially the new ones, and I'm sure they can't all be great!

Caution: SPOILERS AHEAD!

Greys Anatomy: All the doctors are back in action, well almost, after last season's crazy intense season finale. I was a little nervous on how they would follow up such an incredible ending but they did a great job to set up tons of story lines in the season premiere. I'm still in shock that Christina married Owen in such a non-dramatic way! It was almost as if you would miss it if you weren't paying close enough attention! Overall I'm happy though, especially seeing as there is a new McShrink on the show, James Tupper (who may turn out to be more than just a shrink for somebody whose name starts with T and ends with Eddy). GA is in the perfect starting place.

America's Next Top Model: Honestly I have not watched this show in a couple seasons because I kind of got bored with Tyra's craziness and the winners not really doing anything after the show. However, after reading a review for Season 3,936 (I think that's right...) I was intrigued seeing as ANTM was stepping up their game. This season's prize includes a contract with IMG Models, one of the top international modeling management companies in the world; a fashion spread in Vogue Italia and an additional spread and cover of Beauty in Vogue; and a $100,000 contract with CoverGirl Cosmetics. The first episode's challenge was a Diane von Furstenberg runway show...I mean come on. Fabulous. There's a couple girls that I have picked out but for the most part I'm not totally thrilled about anyone in particular. Will be a fun season to see all the designers they feature but I'm hoping the girls will start to step it up soon!

Modern Family: If you follow TPAMP you know that ModFam became my new favorite show on television last season. And that is saying a lot seeing as I'm a total TV junkie (can I put that on a resume!?). Hallelujah, the season premiere did not disappoint! I was laughing out loud...alone...in my dorm room...within the first three minutes. Phil is back and awkward as ever and Gloria was hilarious trying to convince us she was not a typical Colombian mom. Can't wait for Season 2, it's going to be just as good, if not even better, than Season 1.

Cougar Town: Love. This. Show. Courteney Cox is just so quirky and clingy that it's amazing. Jen Aniston popped up on the season premiere which was pure awesomeness and she was pretty hilarious as Jules' (Cox) hippie therapist. Especially after Easy A, I'm still loving Dan Byrd as Jules' son Travis. His strangely open relationship with his parent's friends Busy Phillips and Christa Miller is so unorthodox yet gets me giggling almost every episode. Can't wait to laugh some more with the CT gang this season.

Community: Betty White people, Betty White. What a great way to start Season 2. There wasn't a ton of laugh out loud moments but it was definitely nice to be back with the study group. Troy's twittering about Pierce's awkward sayings were pretty funny but I have to hand it to Cheng for the funny award of the episode. I am so excited to see him more involved this season! The last scene of Episode 1 killed me; the guy is definitely hilarious. Props to Betty White for being great (as usual) and rapping with Ahbed and Troy in the extra scene!

90210: Drama, drama, drama! And that's exactly why I love it! Seems like so much happened in the last couple of episodes last season that I was afraid I was going to be a little lost in the premiere but they did a good job of tying up a few loose ends right away. They definitely left a few open of course with a couple new characters and a possible creepy storyline with Mr. Cannon. Naomi is back in action with her trust fund officially handed to her on her 18th birthday but is super messed up from last season's mishap with Mr. C. Annie and Liam? Or Annie and new boy? But Liam and new boy!? We shall see! Ivy and Dixon are bringin' the drama with Ivy's childhood friend from Australia visiting (cue Ivy's inappropriate hippie mom). Adriana, never to be outdone in the drama department, has a life changing moment (again) and has to figure out how to deal with it without feeling guilty. Last but not least, Teddy and Silver start off strong, but of course no relationship is ever perfect for more than half an episode and we see it go downhill pretty fast.

Friday Wrap Up/TV Premiere Week

Yes. I am aware that I didn't fulfill my promise to you. I pretty much stunk on the blogging front this week. But I want you to know that I legitimately sat down to write posts at least three different times this week. No excuses, I know. But do I get a semi-free pass seeing as classes started this week!? Yes? No? Oh well, can't go back now. So without further adieu, here is your highly anticipated Friday Wrap Up!

1. Lindsay Lohan is going back to jail. Wait, no. Wait, yes. Whatever. She'll eventually end up back in jail seeing as she failed two drug tests while on probation. Good try LiLo.

2. Ashton Kutcher and cougar wife Demi Moore fought off marriage trouble rumors all week. Good thing Demi knows how to post awkward bathing suit pics on Twitter, that should help the situation.

3. Kim Kardashian broke up with quarterback boyfriend Miles Austin. Well there goes the Cowboys' chance at a Super Bowl win!

4. Elizabeth Moss and SNL hubby Fred Armisen officially filed for divorce after 8 months of marriage. I bet his girlfriend, fellow SNLer Abby Elliot, is happy.

5. Kate Winslet has a hott male model boyfriend. Seriously people, he's gorgeous!

6. Kings of Leon singer Caleb Followill is engaged. Happy he found Somebody...get it?!

7. Paris Hilton was awarded a year of probation instead of jail time. I wonder what a socialite does while on probation...she should ask Lindsay.

8. Both Katy Perry and Nicole Richie had their Bachelorette parties. Weddings soon! That makes me so excited!!

9. Katy Perry (two top 10 mentions, you go girl!) taped a cameo for Sesame Street which was quickly vetoed by outraged parents. Apparently she was too scandalous in her lime green silky bustier. Katy Perry!? No way.

10. The full panel of American Idol judges was announced on Wednesday: Randy Jackson, Jennifer Lopez, and...drum roll...Steven Tyler. Should be an interesting season...

How were the new fall shows this week everyone!? Tell me your favorites, guilty pleasures, and ones you will never tune in to again. I have plenty to catch up on this weekend so I'll be blogging as I form my own opinions. Hopefully there will be a few treasures in there.

Definitely more posts will take place next week seeing as homework will enter the picture...which leads to procrastination...which leads to blogging (sorry Mom, it's just a fact).

A Sincere Apology

Dear TPAMP Followers,

You're right, I totally deserve to be yelled at. I let you down. If you're wandering around crying, feeling completely disconnected from the entertainment world, I am so sorry. Life gets insane, even for a 19 year old. While I was away visiting the White House and working up a sweat at preseason training camp in the middle of nowhere, life went on. Especially in the celeb world. So this week, instead of a Friday Wrap Up...or mid-week posts...you are getting a very special Saturday Wrap Up! Exciting right!? I promise next week will be better, but let's not waste anymore of this week...

1. Lindsay Lohan failed her drug test and faces more jail time. But don't worry, she said she's "prepared to face the consequences". Phew!

2. Paris Hilton is taking a plea deal for her gum/cocaine mishap to avoid a bad rap. Good thing it wasn't her purse, that could have gotten messy!

3. Russel Brand had a little run-in with the paparazzi at LAX on Friday after they tried to stick a lens up fiance Katy Perry's dress. Who said chivalry was dead!?

4. Oprah gave her entire audience a trip to Australia, chartering a plane piloted by none other than John Travolta (Next time Jake Pavelka...).

5. Jennifer Lopez was officially announced as one of the new American Idol judges. With a $12 million, one year contract, I doubt she's still Jenny from the block...

6. Lady Gaga decided to wear a raw meat dress to the VMA's this year. Does that surprise anyone!?

7. Joaquin Phoenix's documentary wasn't actually real. So wait, does that mean I have to delete my digital countdown to his hip-hop album!?

8. Easy A starring Emma Stone got great reviews, even a push from Chelsea Handler! This isn't huge news I'm just really excited to see it :)

9. Scott Disick (Kourtney Kardashian's baby daddy) is designing his own clothing line. Douche bag & Co?

10. Jamie Oliver and his wife welcomed their fourth child, Buddy Bear Maurice Oliver. He joins siblings Poppy Honey Rosie, Daisy Boo Pamela, and Petal Blossom Rainbow. At least they won't have to endure childhood teasing...oh wait.

7. Mike Tyson and his wife are expecting their second baby! No doubt it will be a knock-out...get it, knock-out!?

8. Niecy Nash became engaged to Jay Tucker. Guess they don't need to sign up for dance lessons!

9. A security guard is accusing Britney Spears of sexual harassment. Apparently he saw her Toxic video...
